By placing an order with Esamore you agree to our terms of use & all of our policies.

Processing Time

Processing time is the time we need to prepare an order before shipping. Orders have a 1-14 business day processing unless you are otherwise notified. Processing time excludes weekends and all major US Holidays.

If an item is purchased with a request to have it sooner than the current processing time without prior conversation, we reserve the right to refund and cancel the order if it is not something we can accommodate.

Digitized Files Delivery

All digital products are delivered once purchase confirmation is received.

Upon completing your purchase you will be immediately provided a download link to your product(s). You will also be emailed a link to your download(s).

If you have not received your download(s), wait 15 minutes. You may also want to check your email’s spam folder.

If you still have not received your purchase, please contact us.

Please note that Download links do not expire, but our digital coloring pages do have a download limit of max 10 downloads per account.

Return, Exchanges, & Cancellations

We are not accepting returns or exchanges at this time.

All Digital Products/Downloads are Final Sale and Non-Refundable.

If you lose your link and need a new one within 30 days of your purchase, just contact us. After that point, it is our policy to not provide new download links.

We suggest that you backup your files in a cloud or on an external device for safety.

Incorrect Address Provided at Checkout

Once you have noticed that the address listed for the shipping address is incorrect, please contact us right away. If the address submitted during checkout is incorrect and the package is delivered to the incorrect address, there will be no refunds. Customers are responsible for checking the shipping address provided.

Designs

The designs created by Esamore are the property of Esamore and will retain the rights to these designs.

Designs are not to be resold, altered, shared, uploaded to the web or claimed as your own.
