Digital Products 101

How do I download my files?

You will be able to download your files, from the confirmation page, once payment is confirmed.

You will also recieve an email from Esamore with the download link.

Please remember while the link does not expire there is a limit of max 10 downloads per customer.

Procreate files will only open if you have the app.

What kind of paper do you recommend for printing?

Regular A4 computer paper (8 1/2 x 11) or cardstock paper of the same size.

Do my download links expire/have a download limit?

While your download links do not expire, it does have a download limit of max 10 downloads per account.

Download links are generated at the point of purchase, so it is important that you either bookmark the download link or save the download email.

Digital Downloads

Digital Downloads are, but are not limited to, digital coloring pages, digital stickers, and digital notebook pages. In these cases you are purchasing digital files only. No physical products will be shipped.

Your downloads will be available for purchase once payment is confirmed. 

The files have been gamut checked however colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor and printer.

Download links do not expire, but our digital coloring pages do have a download limit of max 10 downloads per account.

 

Technical Support

The downloads are contained in a zip file and you will need software that supports the use of pdf, png, and/or procreate files.

Due to time constraints we are unable to provide individual technical support, so please ensure that you are familiar with the above software as well as your computer and printer before purchasing our digital downloads.

 

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges for any of our digital products.

 

Personal Use License

When you purchase our digital products (or download free products) you are actually purchasing and/or agreeing to an individual license to use our designs in the specific ways outlined below:

  • The designs are being licensed to you for personal use, not being sold to you.
  • You may not give away, share, or resell this license or the designs being licensed.
  • The copyright to the designs remains with Esamore. If you have questions about this, or any other portion of this license please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Under this Personal Use License:

YOU MAY:

  • Use Esamore's designs in the creation of personal use only, digital scrapbooking pages and projects including hybrid and/or paper scrapbooking.
  • Alter designs only by re-sizing, recoloring, adding to or deleting from them for personal usage.

 

YOU MAY NOT:

  • Share our designs with anyone under any circumstance, even if the product was obtained as a free download. (Please direct friends and  family to the original link you used to download the item if allowable.)
  • Use our designs in any product or project that will be sold or used to generate income. (If you would like to discuss a limited professional use license for photography or scrap for hire please email us at esamorecare@gmail.com)
  • Claim our designs, in any form, altered or otherwise, as your own.
  • Use our designs for anything that is mass produced such as, printed scrapbook kits, greeting cards, stationery, home decor, jewelry, clothing or any other merchandise. There are additional licenses available for these uses, please contact us for further information.
  • Use our products to create obscene, defamatory, or immoral works, nor for any other purpose which is prohibited by local or international law or this personal use license
