How will I receive my digital purchase?
Upon completing your purchase you will be immediately provided a download link to your product(s). You will also be emailed a link to your download(s).
If you have not received your download(s), wait 15 minutes. You may also want to check your email's spam folder.
If you still have not received your purchase, please contact us.
Do my download links expire/have a download limit?
While your download links do not expire, it does have a download limit of max 10 downloads per account.
Download links are generated at the point of purchase, so it is important that you either bookmark the download link or save the download email.
What kind of paper do you recommend for printing?
Regular A4 computer paper (8 1/2 x 11) or cardstock paper of the same size.
I need a new download link because I lost my link, my computer broke, I lost all my files, etc.
If you lose your link and need a new one within 30 days of your purchase, just contact us. After that point, it is our policy to not provide new download links.
We suggest that you backup your files in a cloud or on an external device for safety.

Shipping
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Please remember, shipping time does not include processing time!
Please allow 1- 14 business days for your order to be processed & packed. The shipping carrier will take it from there. We have no control over the shipping speed as soon as it's out of our hands.
We cannot 100% guarantee any specific delivery dates!
Why haven't I received an order confirmation and/or shipping confirmation email?
Order Confirmations:
First double check that you inputted the correct email address. Then check your promotional, junk, and spam folders in case the notification has landed there.
For future emails, mark us as SAFE so that you will not miss any other Esamore emails and order confirmations.
Shipping Confirmation:
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.
If you have any tracking inquiries or issues, please contact USPS, the primary carrier for Esamore. They will be able to best assist you. Please be advised that shipping times may vary, and we unfortunately do not have control over shipping delays that may occur during transit.
What happens if my packaged is lost or taking longer than usual?
Esamore is NOT responsible for any packaged damaged or lost during shipping.
Please allow for extra lead time (especially during holiday season), as, occasionally, packages may take longer or alternative shipping routes, but they will arrive to your address.
If for some reason your packages does not arrive, please contact USPS and file a claim with your tracking number so they can better assist you in locating the package.
I thought these were digital products. Why am I being asked for my address?
While all digital download products are digital, we need your address information for billing purposes.
International Shipping
Which countries do you ship to?
At this moment we are only shipping to the United States. Hopefully, in the future, we will be able to ship to all countries. Thank you for being understanding.
Returns & Refunds
Can I cancel, return, or exchange my order?
We are not accepting returns or exchanges at this time.
If there is something wrong with your item, please let us know and we will be happy to assist you!
Shipped items can NOT be cancelled.
All Digital Products/Downloads are Final Sale and Non-Refundable.
Reselling, Wholesale, & Other Policies
Can I resell your artwork and/or products?
All of Esamore's artwork, illustrations, graphics, characters, logos, and designs are protected copyrighted works. All designs and items are for personal use only and any unauthorized and/or unlawful redistributions, reproduction, alterations, or transmission of any illustrations, artwork, graphics, characters, logos, and/or designs on this website in any form or by any means, is strictly prohibited and punishable under USA, Canada, and international copyright laws.
We do not give permission to any reselling of our items.
Do you wholesale your products?
We are not currently taking any wholesale orders.
Right to refuse service
Esamore has the right to cancel any orders that violate any part of our store policy as well as revoke all shopping privileges on www.esamore.co to any individual(s) without further notice.
